The refund process varies depending on how you subscribed to Freedoms. Please read the appropriate section below.
Mobile App Subscriptions (iOS)
If you subscribed to Freedoms through the iPhone app, we cannot process refunds directly as these are managed entirely by Apple. Please follow these steps:
Visit Apple's Request a Refund page
Sign in with your Apple ID
Follow Apple's refund request process

Web Application Subscriptions (Fanbasis)
For subscriptions made through our web application (freedoms.ai), refunds are processed through our payment provider, Fanbasis.
To request a refund:
First cancel your subscription through your Freedoms account settings
Go on this link: https://www.fanbasis.com/cancel/
Or contact Fanbasis support at support@fanbasis.com with your:
Freedoms account email
Transaction ID
Reason for refund request
Refund eligibility periods:
Monthly Subscriptions:
Request must be made before the end of the current billing cycle
Annual Subscriptions:
Request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date
Please note:
Refunds are only issued for the most recent billing period
Previous billing periods are not eligible for refunds
Processing time may take 5-10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
